Chris was born and raised in the Stockton area, his family having moved to the vicinity more than 70 years ago.
He received his Associate of Arts degree from San Joaquin Delta College, and a Bachelor Degree from the University of the Pacific, with studies in both Pre-medicine and Business Administration. While at the University of the Pacific, he received distinguished membership in the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society for his academic achievements.
In 1994 Chris opened Elite Carpet Systems, a local company specializing in carpet maintenance and Fire and Flood Restoration Services. He owned and operated his Company for seven years until he sold it in 2001 to free up more time for real estate investment management.
In 1999 Chris began investing in Real Estate and furthering his studies in all areas of residential real estate including real estate transactions, contracts, mortgage lending, tax advantages, property management, and investment strategies. This resulted in a very comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the local real estate market.
Currently, Chris is a Realtor, practicing at Chinchiolo Realtors Incorporated. Chris is a member of Central Valley Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and California Association of Realtors.
Chris chose to practice at Chinchiolo Realtors because he feels Chinchiolo Realtors is, overall, the best real estate office in town. Chinchiolo Realtors was opened in 1988. The company has since grown to become one of the most highly respected and highly productive offices in the Stockton area. Chinchiolo Realtors is located in a beautiful office located on one of the major streets in North Stockton. Chinchiolo Realtors is a member of RELO, a national relocation service of 4,000 real estate companies helping clients sell a house in one geographic area and buy a house in another location. RELO offices, together, sell more homes than any of the national franchises including Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Century 21, or Better Homes and Gardens.
