I was born in Stockton, California in 1953 and have lived or worked in the area my entire life. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from University of San Francisco and have a concentration in accounting from Stanislaus State University.
From 1977 to 1990 I worked for a financial institution with over $30 billion in assets. I was a Senior Vice President / Senior Manager and my primary focus was on internal auditing of real estate activities. From 1991 to 1992 I was the Director of Operations for a large single family home builder. From 1992 to 2004 I was Chief Financial Officer for a group of foreign investors with over $100 million in real estate assets.
In 1998 I established a real estate advisory company and in 2000 began to make personal investments in real estate. I also formed a California Corporation that holds a General Contractors License. I have enjoyed success over the last several years in these areas and in early 2007 I obtained my real estate license.
I believe my career experience uniquely qualifies me to assist clients in a wide variety of real estate needs. I believe in developing and maintaining long term relationships by providing honest and reliable service.
