Heather Espitia was born and raised in the Stockton area.
She has received a Bachelors of Art degree from Holy Names University, in Oakland, CA where she attended college on both an athletic and academic scholarship- graduating Magna Cum Laude. Along with this degree, Heather has received a Teaching Credential, California Real Estate Sales Agent License, and is licensed as a Financial Advisor. In addition to Real Estate- she has taught elementary students, in Stockton, has counseled troubled youth, and works with clients to arrange solid plans for retirement.
