Jim Chinchiolo was born and raised in the Stockton area, his family having moved to the vicinity more than 80 years ago.
He has received an Associates of Arts Degree from San Joaquin Delta College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree, as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administartion., specializing in Marketing, from California State University at Sacramento.
Jim began his real estate career in 1976 by association with Century 21 Collins Realty. In 1978 he was named one of the "Top 10" producing agents by the Stockton Board of Realtors. Multi-million dollar annual sales have been a trademark for him over the past 31 years. Jim became sales manager for Century 21 Collins Realty in 1984.
Chinchiolo Realtors was opened by Jim in 1988. The company has since grown to become a highly productive real estate office in the Stockton market.
Jim is also a recipient of the Central Valley Association of Realtors exclusive "Master's Club" award which recognizes the top producing real estate agents in Stockton.
